Tiger Woods taking 'indefinite break' from golf amid scandal

Behind closed doors, the person most excited about this news is Jack Nicklaus. Tiger taking time off means his record of 18 majors is safe for this year and probably the next few.

I could write a book about how poorly Tiger mismanaged this incident. It’s incredible to me that someone of his stature and intelligence could mess this situation up so badly. He needs to fire his PR people and just be real. He needs to drop the big blank billboard that he’s created himself as and become a real human being. Hiding behind statements on your website is a poor way to try and gain forgiveness for an already unforgivable mistake.
