InPhonic’s Missed Connections, Going Public Article

This was my former employer while living in DC. It was blantantly obvious, even then, that the company was shady. I was given extra stock in an effort to “hang around” for a little while longer. Today, that stock would be worth a grand total of $200 (yes, 10,000 shares at $0.02). The article does a nice job of talking about the downfall, going from Inc. 500’s #1 fastest growing company in 2004 to a bankrupt failure in 2007. Incredible.
