What if the passenger in front of you wants to recline, making it difficult to surf comfortably on your laptop? What if you’re finishing a crucial e-mail on deadline and an adjacent passenger needs to leave for the bathroom? What if the person next to you keeps peering over while you’re trying to review a confidential Web site?
Airborne Internet might bring turbulence
This is what I’ve been wondering ever since the whole “internet on planes” idea arose years ago! As is usually the case, common sense will have to arise and some sort of airplane ettiquette will emerge. It’s similiar to a train ettiquette that morning commuters respect or a bathroom ettiquette that men understand. I’m sure something like this will evolve but it’ll be interesting to watch.
